At The Great @Patong Hotel, we know sleep is important and our guests have the freedom to depart and arrive all hours of the day and night. Therefore, we do NOT knock on guests doors for housekeeping.

Guests, please either message us on WhatsApp (click below) or request housekeeping from reception at your convenience (between 9am and 4pm) and note whether you would like a partial or full clean service 🤩 please note that this is a "hotel guest" feature. During the low season, we run schedules for long-term guests and requests are not necessary.

Phuket Pizza, located directly below the hotel, is open from 6pm to 2am each day and provides dine-in as well as room service to our guests. You may book online (use your phone browser to change language) and view the menu digitally OR message us (click below) via WhatsApp and they will happily take your order. Room service is free, a tip is optional.

Had a tiring day? Really cannot find the energy to go outside for a massage? or maybe the outside shops are closed. Message us (click below) via WhatsApp OR visit reception to request a call-out service masseuse. This is available for singles and couples. Prices vary depending on the service you select.

You may elect to have food delivered from any vendor (Grab and FoodPanda are the most common). Guests need to meet the delivery driver in the lobby to receive their food and sometimes also pay for it. The delivery service usually has a map, notifications and/or will contact you directly on arrival to collect your order. Our apologies, staff cannot delivery outside delivery orders (only orders from Phuket Pizza).

If you wish to upgrade your room for any reason, you may contact us at reception or (click below) to message us via WhatsApp to make your request. Also provided below is a link to check our calendar for availability and pricing. An upgrade can only be accepted in cash and will be the difference between the rate paid and the rate of the room at the time of upgrade. You may negotiate this rate for longer stays.
